Sabah Shipyard is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saship Holdings and listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

It is an international ship building and repair facility and undertakes in activities such as building offshore platforms for the oil and gas industry, barge-mounted power plants, and the building/repairing of sophisticated vessels such as supertankers and cargo ships.

11kV HT distribution systemof up to 6 MVA rating complete with 1.5 MVA emergency supply
HT and LT cabling, light fixtures, power distribution, fire alarm and paging systems
Area floodlighting facility with the aid of 4x30 meter tower masts
Control cabling for sophisticated 12,000 DWT vertical shiplifting system that is presently the third largest in the world
